Victorian, circa 1869. 4.6ins high, 6.1ins wide, 3ins depth. Copeland Majolica spoon warmer which features a shell supported by coral.

Colouration: brown, turquoise, pink, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Copeland pottery.

English diamond registration mark for the date 02/08/1869.

CONDITION: Generally good. No restoration.

Small chip to shell.

Some small flakes to shell and coral.

Some wear to interior.

KILN EFFECTS: glaze run to the brown glazes;

staining to the exterior of shell.
