Victorian, circa 1880. 9.6ins high, 9.6ins wide, 1.1ins depth.

Majolica oyster plate which features six oyster wells surrounding a circular central well.

Colouration: blue, brown, cream, are predominant.

Condition

Good. Wear to the high points of the molding.

KILN EFFECTS: a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze to one well.

RESTORATION. Stabilised hairline to one well.
