Wedgwood Fairyland Lustre vase decorated in the Candlemas design to exterior.

Flaming wheel border to inner rim.

Maker's marks including Wedgwood Portland Vase backstamp and pattern number 'Z5157'.

Condition

Good. No restoration. Some wear/rubbing to the neck and shoulder of the vase to the exterior.

Some rubbing to the gilding to the interior of the vase rim.

KILN EFFECTS: small overglazed chip to underside foot rim (not visible when stood upright);

slight mis-firing of the glaze to the inner rim;

a line of missing gilding across one of the candlemas panels;

some tiny glaze pops just below the neck.
