Staffordshire Pottery Poodle Clock Group

Victorian, circa 1860. 7.5ins high, 6.9ins wide, 2.8ins depth. Staffordshire Pottery clock group which features three poodles posed around a clock face,

seated on a shaped base.

Dull gilt base line and embellishment.

Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.

Vent hole to the underside.

Condition

CONDITION: Generally good.

Hairline to right ankle of standing dog.

A few paint losses to ground and muzzles.

Slight rubbing to gilt.

RESTORATION. Filled chip to right hind paw of standing dog.

Stabilised and retouched crack from the underneath running up on to ground, still visible on dog's left front leg.

Retouched paint losses to ground.
