
Victorian, circa 1860. Tallest is 7.9ins high, 6.1ins wide, 3.6ins depth. Pair of Parr Factory Staffordshire Pottery figures with a pastoral theme which feature a boy feeding a sheep and a girl giving a dog water, seated on an oval base. Dull gilt base line and embellishment.
Decorated mainly to the front.
Vent hole to the underside.
Male: Good. A few paint losses to his neck tie and tunic.
RESTORATION: Filled chip to fingers of both hands.
Filled chip to brim of hat.
Retouched paint loss to sash and shoes.
Female: Good. A few paint losses to dog's nose.
KILN EFFECT: shrinkage crack around her waist.
RESTORATION: Filled chip to ribbon on hat.
