Bright gilt base line and embellishment. Decorated mainly to the front.
CONDITION: Right facing: Good.
Small flake to zebra's right ear.
Rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to the tail at the reverse.
RESTORATION: Filled chip to base edge at reverse.
Filled chip to tree spill.
Retouched paint loss to spill interior.
Left facing: Good.
Small flake to zebra's mane and flake to zebra's right front leg.
Rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to the spill interior.
RESTORATION: Stabilised and retouched crack to zebra's left hind leg.
