Staffordshire Prattware Dog on Cushion

pre-Victorian, circa 1800. 3.3ins high, 2.6ins wide, 2.1ins depth. Staffordshire Pottery Prattware figure which features a dog, seated on a cushion base.

Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.

Open bottomed.

Condition

Good. No restoration. Chip to rear corner of base.

Slight wear to top of head.

KILN EFFECT: flecks of stray coloured glaze to the body.
