Minton Secessionist Vase - Purple No. 9

Circa 1910. 9.5ins high. Minton Secessionist two handled vase with bulbous lower half, tapered neck and flared rim.

Decorated with stylized flower and leaf motifs, glazed in blues and purple. Green tube linings.

Maker's marks printed, 'MINTONS LTD. NO.8' and engraved, '3738' to underside.

Condition

CONDITION: Very good. No restoration.

Small flake to foot rim.

Very slight wear.

KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage cracks to neck on inside.
