Majolica Bird and Lily Vase

Victorian, circa 1880. 8.3ins high, 5.5ins wide, 5.5ins depth.

Majolica vase which features birds diving in and flying out of water lilies and bulrushes.

Colouration: cobalt blue, green, brown, are predominant.

Condition

Good. KILN EFFECTS: small firing pit to the exterior;

shrinkage lines to the base rim.

RESTORATION: Two stabilised and retouched hairlines to the rim.
