Majolica Plaque with Stork

Victorian, circa 1880. 13.4ins high, 11.4ins wide, 1.6ins depth. Majolica wall plaque which features a stork standing in a pond. Colouration: cobalt blue, yellow, green, are predominant.

Condition

Good. No restoration. Two small chips to base edge.

KILN EFFECTS: a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze;

glaze run.
