Small English Majolica Hazelnut Jug/Pitcher

Victorian, circa 1880. 6.5ins high, 5.5ins wide, 5.1ins depth. Unidentified English Majolica jug/pitcher which features hazel nuts and leaves. Colouration: brown, green, white, are predominant.

Bears a pattern number, '2'.

Condition

Very good. No restoration. Small flake to top of handle.

Wear to the high points of the molding and exterior.

KILN EFFECTS: small firing pit to exterior;

glaze run to the brown glaze.
