Jackfield black version. Dull gilt embellishment.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
Hen: Generally good. No restoration. Some small flakes to base rim.
Paint losses to comb and wattle.
Slight rubbing to gilt.
Nest: Generally good. No restoration. Small chips to inner rim.
A couple of small flake to exterior.
Gilt almost entirely rubbed away.
KILN EFFECTS: staining to the interior.
