
Victorian, circa 1870. 7.5ins high, 5.5ins wide, 2.4ins depth. Staffordshire Pottery figure which features three cats seated on cushions, resting on an oblong base.
Bright gilt base line and embellishment.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.

CONDITION: Good.
A few paint losses to the ground.
Slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage cracks to the reverse;
small firing pits to the front and reverse;
piece of kiln detritus caught inside causing piece to rattle;
flecks of stray coloured glaze to the front and reverse.
RESTORATION. Retouched flake black cat's right ear.
