
Victorian, circa 1880. Tallest is 8.7ins high, 7.2ins wide, 3.2ins depth. Pair of Staffordshire Pottery figures which feature a pug, stood on a rectangular base. Bright gilt base line.
Flatback, decorated mainly to the front.
Vent holes to reverse and underside.

Right facing: Good. No restoration. Some small paint losses to ears, nose, muzzle and upper base.
Slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECT: some flecks of stray coloured glaze.
Left facing: Good. No restoration. Some small paint losses to left ear, muzzle and upper base.
Gilt almost entirely rubbed away.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to front left leg
and around vent hole to reverse.
