
Victorian, circa 1860. 5.8ins high, 4.7ins wide, 3.4ins depth. Dudson Staffordshire pastille burner which features a house with beehives and flowers, stood on a shaped base.
Blue version. Dull gilt base line and embellishment. Decorated mainly to the front.
Opening to the reverse, roof and walls.
CONDITION: Generally good. No restoration. Chip to underside base edge.
Small chips to flowers.
Slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack along the mold join to one side;
shrinkage cracks to shredded clay decoration.
