
Victorian, circa 1840. 9.3ins high, 6.3ins wide, 5.1ins depth. Staffordshire porcellaneous pastille burner which features twin storey cottage, stood on a shaped base.
Dull gilt base line and embellishment.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
CONDITION: Generally good. Chips and losses to flowers and leaves.
Slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to the edge of roof;
shrinkage lines to the roof;
over gilded chip to the roof on the front.
RESTORATION. Old restoration. Remodelled and re-attached ball finial.
