
Victorian, circa 1880. 10.6ins high, 10.2ins wide, 3.9ins depth. Staffordshire Pottery figure which features an elephant, stood on an oval base.
The piece is titled, 'JUMBO' .
Bright gilt base line. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse. Vent holes to reverse and underside.

CONDITION: Good. Slight abrasions to the trunk;
glaze defect to elephant's front right leg.
RESTORATION. Stabilised and retouched hairline to curl on trunk.
