Victorian, circa 1880. 9.6ins high, 9.6ins wide, 0.5ins depth. Lear Majolica oyster plate which features six flower shaped wells around a central circular well.
Colouration: cream, dark pink, turquoise, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Lear pottery.
Condition
CONDITION: Generally good. Small flake to the interior.
KILN EFFECTS: stilt marks to the interior;
a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the interior.
RESTORATION: Stabilised and retouched hairline to rim, running through one well.
