Small Majolica jug/pitcher with cat handle

Victorian, circa 1870. 7.7ins high, 4.7ins wide, 3.2ins depth. Majolica jug/pitcher which features blossom and berries and a cat forming the handle.

Colouration: cobalt blue, ochre, green, are predominant.

Condition

CONDITION: Good.

Slight abrasion to cat's back.

Small flake to spout.

Light scratches from use.

KILN EFFECTS: glaze run to the cobalt glaze.

RESTORATION: Filled chip to right ear.
