
Victorian, circa 1882. 6.1ins high, 6.1ins wide, 0.8ins depth. Wedgwood Majolica butter pat which features flowering prunus branches. Cobalt blue ground version. Colouration: turquoise, ochre, dark pink, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1882.
Good. No restoration. Small flake to rim.
Slight wear to the front.
KILN EFFECT: staining to the front and reverse.
