Victorian, circa 1880. 7.3ins high, 7.3ins wide, 0.9ins depth.

Wedgwood Majolica escargot server which features six fish head wells on a fish scale effect ground.

Colouration: green, brown, ochre, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery.

Condition

Good. No restoration. Chip to foot rim.

Wear to the high points of the molding.

KILN EFFECTS: kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the ground.
