Minton Majolica centrepiece which features two winged lionesses.
Colouration: brown, ochre, turquoise, are predominant.
Bears a pattern number, '2?5'.
Good. Flake to tip of one wing.
Scratches from use.
KILN EFFECTS: over glazed shrinkage lines to the wings, one neck and scroll bodies;
glaze run to the blue and brown glazes.
RESTORATION. Filled two chips to one wing.
Retouched flakes to feet.
