Victorian, circa 1880. 5.9ins high, 5.8ins wide, 5.1ins depth.

Wedgwood Majolica jug/pitcher which features shells and seaweed.

Cobalt blue ground version.

Colouration: cobalt blue, brown, pink, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery.

Bears a pattern number, '2936'.

Condition

Good. Slight wear to exterior and handle.

KILN EFFECTS: touch mark to rim;

glaze run to cobalt blue glaze.

RESTORATION: retouched flake to rim.
