Majolica Snail Moneybox

Victorian, circa 1890. 3.1ins high, 4.7ins wide, 3ins depth. Majolica money box which features a snail on a branch.

Colouration: ochre, brown, green, are predominant.

Condition

CONDITION: Good. No restoration. Bruise to snail shell.

KILN EFFECTS: a few glaze misses to the log and snail's shell;

a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze.
