Majolica fern leaf and flower platter

Victorian, circa 1870. 7.9ins high, 11.8ins wide, 1.8ins depth. Majolica platter which features fern leaves, flowers and twig like handles.

Colouration: green, brown, lilac, are predominant.

 

Condition

CONDITION: Very good. No restoration. Wear to the high points of the molding.

KILN EFFECTS: small firing pits to the ground.
