Wedgwood Majolica platter which features ocean waves around the edge, with seaweed and shells to centre.
Colouration: cream, grey, puce, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery. Bears a pattern number, '2934'. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1879.
Very good. No restoration.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage lines around two shells;
a few touch marks to the interior.
