Sarreguemines Majolica plate which features two fern leaves on a basketweave ground.
Colouration: pink, green, cream, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Sarreguemines pottery. Bears a pattern number, '215'.
Good. No restoration. Some small flakes to rim and underside.
Very slight wear to front and reverse.
KILN EFFECTS: stained craze lines to the underside;
flecks of stray coloured glaze to the front and reverse.
