Victorian, circa 1870. 6.1ins high, 18.3ins wide, 6.7ins depth.

Holdcroft Majolica planter which features birds and flowers to front.

Colouration: brown, green, dark pink, are predominant.

Generally good. Staining from use.

Scratches from use.

KILN EFFECTS: glaze run to the cobalt blue glaze;

craze line to the reverse (only present on exterior).

RESTORATION. Stabilised and retouched hairline to right front corner.

Stabilised and retouched crack to left front corner.
