Majolica castle with ivy pot and cover

Victorian, circa 1870. 5.7ins high, 4.9ins wide, 4.9ins depth.

Majolica pot and cover which features a single turreted castle with ivy around the sides.



Colouration: brown, turquoise, green, are predominant.

Condition

Pot: Good. No restoration.

Small flake to door arch.



KILN EFFECT: glaze run to the turquoise, brown and green glazes.









Cover: Good. Light scratches from use.



RESTORATION: Filled chips to leaf finial.
