Victorian, circa 1860. 4.3ins high, 3.1ins wide, 3.1ins depth. Staffordshire porcellaneous pastille burner which features a cottage with a roof forming the cover, resting on a square base. Dull gilt base line and embellishment.
Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.
Vent holes to the underside.
Condition
Cover: Generally good. Chips to some of the flowers.
Small flake to inner rim.
Some rubbing to gilt.
RESTORATION: One corner with a filled chip.
Cottage: Generally good. No restoration. Chips to some of the flowers.

KILN EFFECTS: a couple of faint shrinkage lines to the rim;
