Pair Staffordshire Jackfield cockerels
Victorian, circa 1880. Tallest is 12.2ins high, 9.4ins wide, 4.9ins depth.
Pair of Staffordshire figures with a pastoral theme which feature a cockerel, stood on a shaped base.
Jackfield black version. Bright gilt base line and embellishment. Flatback, decorated only to the front. Vent hole to the reverse.

Condition
Right facing: Good. No restoration. Small flake to tip of beak.
Some rubbing to gilt.
Slight wear and scratching in places.
KILN EFFECTS: small firing pit to the reverse.
Left facing: Good. No restoration. Chip to reverse of cockerel's wattle (not visible from the front).
Some rubbing to gilt.
