Staffordshire 'MILK SOLD HERE' cow spill vase
Victorian, circa 1860. 14.4ins high, 10.4ins wide, 4.1ins depth. Staffordshire spill vase with a pastoral theme which features a cow, stood on an oval base.
The piece is titled, 'MILK SOLD HERE' .
Russet and white version. Dull gilt title and embellishment. Flatback, decorated mainly to the front.

Condition
CONDITION: Generally good. A few paint losses to the cow's markings and face, spill interior and thistle.
RESTORATION: Cow's right front and hind legs remodelled.
Stabilised and retouched crack to base, visible to underside.
Filled chip to spill.
Cow's left ear and horn reglued and join retouched.
