Pair Staffordshire Black & White spaniels

Victorian, circa 1860. Tallest is 9.1ins high, 6.7ins wide, 4.5ins depth. Pair of Staffordshire figures which feature a spaniel,
seated directly on the ground, no base.



Black and white version. Dull gilt collar and locket.





Decorated mainly to the front.





Vent holes to reverse and underside.

CONDITION: Right facing: Good.

Slight rubbing to gilt.



KILN EFFECTS: flecks of stray coloured glaze all over;







craze lines.





RESTORATION. Retouched paint losses to eyes, muzzle



and paws.
