Staffordshire Spaniels with kennel figure group
Victorian, circa 1860. 5.9ins high, 5.8ins wide, 2.5ins depth. Staffordshire group which features a spaniel with her pup next to a kennel, seated on a rectangular base.
Dull gilt base line. Flatback, decorated mainly to the front.

Condition
CONDITION: Generally good.
Slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage line along the mold join to the left side of kennel;
small firing pit to roof.
RESTORATION. Stabilised and retouched crack to the front of the base
and across spaniel's head.
Stabilised and retouched hairline to the right side of kennel and pup's left front leg.
Retouched paint losses to markings
and kennel roof.
