Staffordshire couple with spaniel clock group
Victorian, circa 1860. 11ins high, 7.5ins wide, 3.1ins depth. Staffordshire clock group with a hunting theme which features a couple either side a clock, with a spaniel seated on top and game below, resting on a shaped base.
Dull gilt base line and embellishment. Flatback, decorated mainly to the front. Vent hole to the underside.

CONDITION: Good. No restoration. Chip to his nose.
Rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: small firing hole to the reverse;
a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the ground.
