Pair Staffordshire white & gilt spaniels
Victorian, circa 1860. Tallest is 9.4ins high, 7.1ins wide, 4.5ins depth. Pair of Staffordshire figures which feature a spaniel,
seated directly on the ground, no base.
Dull gilt embellishment.
Decorated mainly to the front.
Vent hole to the reverse.

CONDITION: Left facing: Good.
Slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the left ear and lower back.
RESTORATION. Retouched paint loss to eyes, muzzle
and paws.
Right facing: Good.
Slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the reverse.
