Staffordshire Albert titled figure on horseback
Victorian, circa 1860. 11.4ins high, 8.1ins wide, 3.1ins depth. Staffordshire figure with a royalty theme which features Prince Albert on horseback, stood on a shaped base.
The piece is titled, 'ALBERT' .
Multi-coloured version. Dull gilt embellishment. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse. Vent hole to the underside.

Condition
CONDITION: Good. Chip to lower base edge, not visible from the front.
Slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: touch mark to the front left side of base;
glaze accumulation to the lower base edge;
small firing pit to horses rump.
RESTORATION: Retouching to minor paint losses.
