Pair Staffordshire jackfield spaniels

Victorian, circa 1880. Tallest is 11.8ins high, 9.1ins wide, 3.9ins depth. Pair of Staffordshire figures which feature a spaniel, seated directly on the ground, no base.





Jackfield black version. Dull gilt embellishment. Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.





Vent hole to the reverse.

CONDITION: Right facing: Very good. No restoration. Slight rubbing to gilt.





Slight wear to the reverse.





KILN EFFECTS: kiln grit caught in the glaze to the front.
