Victorian, circa 1860. Tallest is 7.4ins high, 4.8ins wide, 2ins depth. Pair of Staffordshire spill vases which feature
a seated Highland girl and boy with a deer, stood on an oval base.
Dull gilt base line and embellishment. Flatback, decorated only to the front.

Condition
CONDITION: Male: Very good. No restoration.
KILN EFFECT: kiln soot caught in the glaze to his hat
and the reverse of the spill.
Female: Good. No restoration.
Slight abrasion to her apron.
Flake to spill rim.
Slight rubbing to gilt.
KILN EFFECTS: kiln soot caught in the glaze to the girl
and spill;
over glazed shrinkage line to the girl at the reverse.
