Pair Staffordshire poodles with pups groups

Victorian, circa 1860. Tallest is 6.9ins high, 5.5ins wide, 3ins depth. Pair of Staffordshire groups which feature a poodle and her two pups, seated on a cobalt blue base. Dull gilt base line and embellishment.











Decorated 'in the round' - decoration to front and reverse.



Vent hole to the underside.

Condition

Right facing: Good. No restoration. Tiny paint losses to faces of all three dogs.







Slight rubbing to gilt.



KILN EFFECTS: thin glaze application to cobalt base.



Left facing: Good. No restoration. Rubbing to gilt.
