Victorian, circa 1860. Tallest is 6.2ins high, 4.7ins wide, 2.4ins depth. Pair of Staffordshire figures which feature a zebra, stood on an oval base.
We think they have possibly been matched up together at some stage because they are of different colouration, however we feel they go together very well.
Multi-coloured version. Decorated mainly to the front. Vent hole to the underside.

CONDITION: Right facing: Generally good. RESTORATION: filled chip to both ears;
remodelled hind right leg;
stabilised and retouched crack around end of tail and hind left leg,
where they meet the rocky mound;
stabilised and retouched cracks to the base,
running up the reverse;
retouched paint losses to ground.
Left facing: Good. RESTORATION: retouched paint losses to nose and ground.
