Majolica fern leaf and flower platter

Victorian, circa 1870. 7.9ins high, 11.4ins wide, 1.2ins depth. Majolica which features fern leaves, flowers and twig like handles.

Brown ground version.
Colouration: green, white, are predominant.

Condition

CONDITION: Good. No restoration.

Tight hairline to rim.

Slight wear to the front and reverse.

KILN EFFECTS: kiln grit caught in the glaze to the foot rim.
