Victorian, circa 1880. 8.7ins high, 8.6ins wide, 8.6ins depth. George Jones Majolica jardinière which features Primrose flowers and leaves.



Colouration: cobalt blue, green, yellow, are predominant.

Condition

CONDITION: Generally good.

Some small flakes to the rim, and to the flowers and leaves.
























Small bruise to rim.



Some wear to the exterior.





KILN EFFECTS: notable crazing to the interior;





craze lines to the underside;



over glazed chip to the rim and one foot;







glaze run to the green glaze.





RESTORATION: Retouched chip to two of the feet.
