Worcester Majolica squirrel figural spill vase
Victorian, circa 1872. 7.7ins high, 4.7ins wide, 4.7ins depth.
Royal Worcester Majolica vase which features a squirrel sitting at the base of a tree trunk, nibbling a chestnut.
Colouration: green, brown, turquoise, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Royal Worcester pottery. English diamond registration mark for the date 20/02/1872.

Condition
Generally good. KILN EFFECTS: tiny glaze pops to the interior of one vase;
glaze run to the green glaze.
RESTORATION. Remodelled ears.
Right paw reglued and joins retouched.
