Victorian, circa 1875. 9.4ins high, 14ins wide, 2ins depth. Thomas Sergent French Palissy Majolica wall platter which features three central fish,
a lizard, butterfly, moth and various seashells.
Colouration: blue, green, cream, are predominant.

CONDITION: Good.
Couple of very tight hairlines to rim.
Some small flakes to leaves,
shells
and fish.
KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage crack to one fish's fin;
over glazed shrinkage line to one leaf;
shrinkage line to interior.
RESTORATION: Filled chip to one leaf.
