Minton Majolica bamboo triple spill vase

Victorian, circa 1868. 6.2ins high, 3.3ins wide, 3ins depth. Minton Majolica spill vase which features bamboo.

Colouration: ochre, brown, green, are predominant.

The piece bears maker's marks for the Minton pottery. Bears a pattern number, '1297'. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1868.

CONDITION: Very good. No restoration. KILN EFFECTS: glaze run to the green and brown glazes;

uneven glaze application to the ground.
