Rare Majolica square shaped asparagus serving plate
Victorian, circa 1890. 9.2ins high, 9.2ins wide, 1.1ins depth. Majolica plate which features asparagus, leaves, and a well decorated with an artichoke.
Colouration: turquoise, green, brown, are predominant. Bears a pattern number, '31H'.

Condition
CONDITION: Very good. No restoration. Wear to the high points of the molding.
KILN EFFECTS: small shrinkage crack to the rim.
