Victorian, circa 1870. 16.1ins high, 14ins wide, 11.4ins depth. George Jones Majolica centrepiece which features a putti supporting a shell whilst a dolphin on a bed of coral and four shells.
Colouration: turquoise, ochre, cream, are predominant.

CONDITION: Good. Small flake to tip of right wing.
KILN EFFECTS: glaze miss to the ground underneath the coral;
firing holes to the coral.
RESTORATION. Filled chip to shell at the reverse and one to the shell at the front.
Stabilised and retouched hairline to shell at the reverse.
