Victorian, circa 1870. 6.5ins high, 5.1ins wide, 3.9ins depth.

Unidentified English Majolica jug/pitcher which features a pineapple.



Colouration: ochre, green, lilac, are predominant.

Condition

Generally good. Small flake to spout.



Slight wear to the handle.





KILN EFFECTS: shrinkage lines to the leaves;





a few specks of kiln detritus caught in the glaze to the interior;





glaze run to the green glaze.





RESTORATION. Filled chips and retouched flakes to rim.
