Victorian, circa 1875. 8.7ins high, 8.7ins wide, 7.1ins depth. Wedgwood Majolica plate which features butterflies, insects and blossom. Colouration: cream, ochre, brown, are predominant.
The piece bears maker's marks for the Wedgwood pottery. Marks include a factory specific date cipher for the year 1875.
